This information can be used as a factor to help your doctor decide which medication to use and at what dose this medication should be prescribed. PGx testing can be used in several areas of medicine such as oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry1. Capturing your progress is a critical part of our ability to personalize your treatment plan. Tempus PROTM, a mobile app, allows our physicians to collect information that enables them with the ability to monitor your progress as it relates to your treatment plan. With Tempus PROTM, you and your physician can track your progress - even between
appointments. The insights provided through Tempus PROTM empower your physician to build and update your treatment plan proactivly.

You can easily keep track of your own progress as well through Tempus PROTM. This will include:

• Reminders to check-in and log any side effects, progress, and your
  overall well-being
