M.A., LPCA
Clinical Counselor
Kelley Hebert, M.A., LPCA, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Vanessa Rosage LPCS, and Jason Fischer PhD, LPCS, BCN. She works with adolescents through adulthood and especially enjoys supporting young adults during seasons of transition, independence, and self-discovery. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, identity development, and challenges related to self-worth and self-acceptance.
Kelley earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and completed her Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas State University. During graduate school, she spent three years at Meridell Achievement Center, a high-acuity residential treatment center serving youth. There, she gained extensive experience working with complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and significant mental health concerns. This foundation continues to inform her trauma-informed and compassionate approach today.
Kelley specializes in working with individuals who experience big emotions, persistent anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma (CPTSD), or a strong inner critic. Many of her clients struggle with being hard on themselves, feeling overwhelmed, or believing they are “too much” or “not enough.” She believes that coping strategies develop for a reason and that healing begins with curiosity and compassion rather than shame.
Her therapeutic style is warm, relational, and thoughtfully directive. Drawing from Gestalt therapy, parts work, CBT, and DBT, Kelley helps clients explore the deeper roots of their struggles while also building practical tools to regulate emotions, manage anxiety, and navigate relationships with greater confidence. She values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space where clients feel both deeply supported and gently challenged toward growth.
As a former collegiate gymnast, Kelley understands the internal pressure many people carry-whether from performance, expectations, or their own inner standards. Outside of the counseling room, she enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time outdoors (especially near water), and hosting game nights with friends. She brings that grounded, connected energy into her work with clients.
