Brandi Sinclair founded Heritage in 2004 to be a frontrunner in the counseling and consulting field in Dallas. Psychology is a new field of study compared to its medical counterpart. Our goal is to provide innovative, progressive, successful treatment for the emotional and relational struggles most commonly experienced by our community today.

Brandi Sinclair, M.A.C.P, LCP-S, holds licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and has been in private practice in the Park Cities for over 18 years. She founded Heritage Counseling & Consulting, P.A. in 2004 where she is the President and lead therapist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude), and a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Brandi is a highly accomplished psychotherapist and widely sought-after marriage counselor, coach, and consultant with over 20 years of experience.

Brandi works with adults and couples, specializing in relationship coaching, marriage therapy, anxiety, depression, and stress & crisis management. Her wide range of expertise, life experience, and warm and relational approach to therapy provides a unique model for counseling success.

Brandi’s primary therapeutic modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT represents a goal-oriented treatment that is a collaborative effort between the patient and therapist. These techniques focus on delineating dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors and providing tools for implementing new thoughts and behaviors that create positive change. Creating positive change is the hallmark of great therapy.

Brandi has been married to her husband Brandon for over 38 years and has three grown sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and four beautiful grandchildren. Outside of her professional life, Brandi is a member of the AACC, American Association of Christian Counselors. She enjoys reading, biking, cooking, and quality time with family and friends in her spare time.
