Chandler Sinclair is a Dallas native and Managing Partner of Heritage Counseling & Consulting, P.A. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and completed his graduate training at Southern Methodist University, where he received a Master of Science in Counseling. He later pursued advanced postgraduate certification in Dispute Resolution and Executive Coaching.

Early in his career, Chandler worked with Carson Consulting, a Dallas-based firm specializing in executive and corporate assessment. There, he conducted executive interviews and psychological assessments, collaborated closely with leadership teams, and developed corporate profiles to support hiring and onboarding initiatives for organizations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This experience shaped his appreciation for disciplined decision-making, organizational alignment, and the critical intersection between human performance and leadership.

Following completion of his master’s degree, Chandler joined Heritage Counseling & Consulting, where he began building a private-pay clinical practice serving individuals and families. He now serves as Managing Partner and brings more than a decade of experience in psychology and behavioral health leadership. Under his direction, Heritage has more than doubled in size while also expanding its clinical service offerings and geographic footprint. This growth has been driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, physician collaboration, and a consistently high standard of patient care.

Today, Chandler remains clinically engaged while also leading strategic planning, physician partnerships, and acquisition initiatives. His work emphasizes continuity of care, thoughtful coordination across disciplines, and long-term outcomes for both patients and providers. He is known for a measured, patient approach to growth—one that prioritizes culture, quality, and sustainability over short-term expansion.

Chandler lives in University Park with his wife, Casey, and their four children, and they are active members of Highland Park Presbyterian Church. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys college athletics, triathlons, fishing, hunting, and time spent outdoors.
